MOTOR PROTECTION (PHASE) AND PHASE QUE RELAYS

     
 

    Mostly the elektric motor is failured due to 2 phase thet caused over warning up in the industrial plants. The mainly usage of thermic magnetic relay for the protection of elektric motors that due to elektromechanic body and high current needs for the spending demurrage current, caused that unsufficient protection of the motors. So designed to stop the unsufficiency of the relays, the new type of protection relay manufactured below mentioned main features.

I. Phase Cut Off : In case of one phase cut off, the motor to be stopped by the relay.
II. Phase Que : In case of phase gue is contrary (R,S,T anti clockwise) motor not to be started by the relay. In any case the motor phase que changed, the motor stops immidiately.
III. PTC Protection : Motor reel temperature increased the value more than PTC value, the relay stops the motor immidiately.
IV. Voltage Unstability(not adjustable) : The unstability between the phase voltage more then %20, the output relay is disconnected the motor in 3 sec. the unstability voltage  (asimetric) an the 3 phase systems becames via the unstable load connections to the phases. And it causes that increasing the reel temperature and lowering the motor power simontenously.
V. Voltage Unstability (adjustable) : The output relay is contacted if voltage unstability between the phases value lower than the adjusted asimetric value by the operator. In case of the voltage unstability value is more than %5-25 the adjusted value, the output relay disconnected right after 3 sec. delay, so the motor stops running. If the asimetric error, becaming the less period of the fixed time delay, the output relay is stand contacted and motor keeps running. As a result it can not be affected sudden waves of the feeding voltage.
